Common questions

Find quick answers to the most frequently asked questions.

Do I need a drone license to fly commercially?

Yes. All commercial drone operations require a Part 107 certification from the FAA. Our pilots are fully certified and insured, so you can rest assured that your project is in compliance with all regulations.

Are you insured?

Absolutely. We carry comprehensive liability insurance that covers both our equipment and any potential incidents during a shoot. This provides peace of mind for both you and us.

How long does a typical shoot take?

Most shoots take between 30 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the project. We'll provide a clear timeline during the consultation so you know exactly what to expect.

How quickly will I get my photos and videos?

We offer standard 48-hour delivery on all packages, with priority 24-hour and express 12-hour options available for larger projects. All media is delivered via a secure cloud link for easy download.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions aren't safe for flying (high winds, rain, low visibility), we'll work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. We're flexible and want to ensure we capture the best possible footage.

Can you fly in restricted areas?

We can fly in most areas with proper FAA authorization. For restricted zones (airports, national parks, etc.), we'll handle the necessary approvals and paperwork. We'll discuss any restrictions during the consultation.

What equipment do you use?

We primarily use the DJI Mini 3 Pro, which captures stunning 4K video and 48MP photos. It's compact, reliable, and delivers professional-quality results. We're also expanding our fleet with additional equipment for specialized projects.

Do you edit the photos and videos?

Yes! Every package includes professional editing, color correction, and grading. We ensure that every photo and video looks its absolute best before delivery.

What areas do you serve?

We serve clients nationwide. For larger projects, we're happy to travel. Contact us with your location and we'll discuss logistics.
